Natto as soy food in Kanji brushed
Natto is made by wrapping steamed soybeans in straw and fermenting natto bacteria at an appropriate temperature.
The surface of the beans has a stickiness and a unique flavor, so soy sauce and mustard are added and kneaded, and then sprinkled on rice or made into natto-jiru to eat.
